The Fort Worth Chapter will be holding their monthly meeting Tuesday, September 15th from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. The meeting will be held virtually.
Our speaker will be Dr. Ashley Gill, DBA, CSP presenting on the topic “Preserving Tribal Knowledge: Capturing Critical Safety Insights Before They Walk Out the Door.
Dr. Ashley Gill, DBA, CSP is Director of Safety for the Advanced Technologies Sector at McGough Construction, bringing nearly two decades of EHS experience across construction, manufacturing, energy, and other high-risk industries. Her work focuses on safety leadership, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), hazard recognition, and strengthening safety culture through both formal systems and informal leadership.
An active leader within ASSP, Dr. Gill serves as President of the ASSP Fort Worth Chapter and Assistant Administrator for Women in Safety Excellence (WISE). She is also an adjunct professor at Tarleton State University and East Texas A&M and a frequent speaker on safety leadership, HOP, and informal safety leadership.
